"I only picked up the speakers 4 days ago and so far have played only a small number of CDs. On almost very CD I've played I have heard instruments that either I hadn't heard before or the sound was so different from my previous (40 year old) speakers that there's been a new dimension added to the listening. I've always been a fan of electric guitar (Hendrix, Beck, Allman etc) but it's the acoustic guitar sound that now comes through so rich! Today I played some Black Sabbath and the sound was truly menacing. Just awesome I tell my friends that I'm on a voyage of re-discovery of my music and just loving it. While I paid considerably more for the speakers than I'd originally intended I can say that I have no regrets whatsoever and look forward to many hundreds of hours working through my LP and CD collection."

"Bought PMC twent5.24i speakers after my old KEF reference speakers, bought in 1994, stopped working properly. Listened to a range of speakers, including lower model PMCs, before settling on the 24i. Bearing in mind they have only been played for about 1 hour so far, the speakers sound very natural, with smooth treble and deep bass. A very balanced sound overall. At the bottom end these speakers extend lower with a very well controlled bass, low notes from a plucked double bass sound stunning. At the top end they are very detailed, without sounding bright or tiring. I am very impressed, and very happy."

"I listened to them at the dealership in their demo room which was a good set up. The speakers 24i's were using the Naim Uniti Star which is what they will play from in my home, they sounded head and shoulders above any other speakers that I auditioned, which included some that were much more expensive. I spent nearly three hours listening to different speakers. What hit me was the clarity and detail of the sound in all genres. Their sound had great presence with outstanding focalised imagery. Their musicality moved me emotionally. After listening to about four other contenders (including the 23i's), which were good but did not have the presence of the 24i - the choice was obvious. Since I have had them at home playing them through the Uniti Star with Epic X speaker cables and now truly run in, the sound is absolutely outstanding. To top it, the wife even agrees that the sound is magnificent and is no longer complaining about the cost!"
